• The minimum mobile requirements for the mobile ordering are the latest iOS & Android operating systems. Jailbroken devices are not supported.
  
  
• Orders paid by credit card are charged directly by the licensed Square Payment Agency. For security reasons of each transaction, "O Proedros" has no access to your credit card details.
  
  
• Change or order cancellation after shipment is not possible.
  
  
• Only discounts listed on the relevant forms or when specifically announced by the company are redeemed online and via mobile app.
  
  
• Removing toppings does not change the product price. If a topping added increases the price, then the price will be automatically adjusted. Additional toppings that increase the product price that are types in the comments field will not be accepted.
  
  
• Free products do not calculated on the initial total value of the basket to determine online discount(s).
  
  
• Offers are not combined with other offers or coupons on the same product.
  
  
• The system will calculate the best combination of offers, that provide the best value for the customer.
• Browser cookies may collect non personal information for improving the experience. This information is not shared with any third party.

The trade name, trademark, logo, and distinctive features of "O PROEDROS," as well as the website oproedros.gr, and the application oproedros, are owned by the partnership named "IASON AND VASILEIOS TSAROUHAS GENERAL PARTNERSHIP," headquartered in Agios Ioannis Rentis, Attica, at 5 Perikleous Street, with VAT Number 800616496, registered with the Moschato Tax Office.

As the licensor, this company has granted the right to use its trademarks and trade its products to local businesses through the franchising system, under the specific terms of their licensing contracts. Therefore, the company bears absolutely no responsibility for the services and products provided by the local businesses, as detailed in the following table.

When using this application, the consumer engages directly with the local businesses, which are the contracting parties providing the related services and products, as well as issuing the required tax documents.
