Given the absence of human intervention in the sending and receiving of orders through the internet (online), it is necessary to take into consideration the following terms before entering your details and/or your order. The submission of an order is considered acceptance of the following terms. Please read carefully!

General Terms of Online Ordering & “10% Discount” Offer

➤ The minimum specifications that your browsers must have in order to place an order through our website are: Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox 2, Safari 4 or later versions with JavaScript execution enabled.

➤ For the proper use of the app, it is required that your device is updated with the latest versions of iOS & Android and that the app is updated with the latest versions.

➤ Payments for orders settled with a credit card are processed by a licensed payment service provider, Worldline (Eurobank). For the security of each transaction, “O Proedros” has no access whatsoever to your credit card details.

➤ According to article 3ib of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications and/or goods that are subject to alteration. Within this framework, changes or cancellations of an order are not accepted after it has been dispatched.

➤ The 10% discount applies only to online and mobile orders exclusively through www.oproedros.gr and the mobile app.

➤ Only the discounts stated on the relevant printed materials or specifically announced by the company can be redeemed in online and mobile (through the app) orders.

➤ In the dishes of the menu, one ingredient may be added, provided it is available, through a special field. The removal of ingredients does not change the value of the dish. If an ingredient that increases the price is selected, then the value is automatically adjusted.

➤ The minimum order value is: €5 as the final value, after the offered discount has been calculated (For Delivery).

➤ Order hours are from 12:30 to 24:30.

➤ High-value orders as well as the contact details of customers ordering for the first time may be confirmed by phone. For this reason, please include in your online order the phone number of the delivery address so that we can contact you for confirmation.

➤ “O Proedros” makes reasonable efforts for the uninterrupted operation of www.oproedros.gr but does not guarantee and bears no responsibility for any inability to use www.oproedros.gr due to technical or other serious reasons.

➤ According to article 4 of Law 3730/2008, the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is not permitted. By submitting an order that includes alcoholic beverages, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and accept that you may be asked to present identification upon delivery of the order.

➤ According to Law 4496/2017 which harmonized Greek legislation with Directive 2015/720/EU, from January 1st 2018 an environmental fee is imposed on thin plastic carrier bags. The above law sets an environmental fee of €0.07258 plus VAT 24%. Due to the minimum subdivision of the euro (€0.01), the total charge cannot be less than €0.09 per bag. Information regarding the cost of the plastic bag is displayed in the “Order Confirmation” option as “Plastic bag (environmental fee)” together with the overall cost information of the order.

➤ Free products or products with zero price do not participate in the calculation of the initial basket value for determining the online discount.

➤ Offers cannot be combined with other offers or coupons.

➤ The stated delivery time is not binding, as there are always unforeseen factors that may affect the actual delivery time.

The trade name, trademark, configuration and distinctive features “O PROEDROS”, as well as the website oproedros.gr and the application oproedros, belong to the general partnership under the name “IASON AND VASILEIOS TSAROUCHAS O.E.”, headquartered in Agios Ioannis Rentis, Attica, at 5 Perikleous Street, with VAT number 800616496, Tax Office of Moschato. The above company, in its capacity as franchisor, has granted franchise companies – local stores – through the franchising system, the rights to use its trademarks and to market its products, under the specific terms of their franchise agreements. Therefore, the above company bears absolutely no responsibility regarding the services and products provided by the local stores, as specified in the detailed table below. When using this application, the consumer transacts directly with the franchise companies, which constitute the contracting party, providing the relevant services and products, as well as issuing the required tax documents.
